The cleaning paid off

My cleaning efforts at my mother-in-law's must have paid off. Her house was put on the market a few days after my superb efforts and three days later a full price offer was made and as of last Friday, it was officially under contract. Hopefully the home inspection will go well and settlement will be the end of June. Or sooner if we can find a suitable place for her and my brother-in-law to move to.
