Rest in Peace Maxie

It was time for her to go.  Yesterday's seizure had lasting damage.  It was the toughest decision we've ever had to make, but it was the right one.  We all held her as she slipped away.

We will always love you our sweet little girl.  She gave us 15 years of love and laughs and a lifetime of memories.  Until we meet again, my sweet one sleep well.

What an appropriate photo with that sweet little tongue sticking out. Just as we all remember her...we loved her too and all of you and know you will get through this with wonderful memories forever!

This made me cry. I know that pain so well. But she will be waiting at the Rainbow Bridge. Hugs to you. It was the right thing....

Oh my God, Ellen.
I had no idea. I am so sorry, my friend. I know the pain of losing a beloved pet and my heart hurts for you. Mama is right. She'll be at that bridge. Count on it.

I wish dogs had longer lives...it hurts to lose them.
You're in my thoughts, Ellen. Let the good memories flood over you.
